All Jarmac Group products are natural triglycerides without modification and as such are covered under regulation V section 9 of and thus exempt from the REACh regulation in terms of Registration (Title II), Downstream User (Title V) and Evaluation (Title VI).

Quality


All Jarmac Group products are analysed using appropriate internationally recognised methods, British Standard (BS), American Oil Chemist Society (AOCS) applicable to natural oils and fats.
Our business models adhere to the principles of recognised international quality standards.

Environment


The Jarmac Group strive to ensure all our raw materials are procured from sources that are both renewable and sustainable. All materials are sourced from within the EU, preferably from the nearest sources to the manufacturing facility reducing the environmental impact of transportation.

We strive to be Carbon neutral and are actively pursuing methods to reduce energy consumption. Our goal for 2012 is to reduce fuels by 50%.

Health and Safety


All Jarmac Group products are classified as non hazardous by the Dangerous Substances Directive 67/548/EEC and therefore there are no requirements to modify labelling according to the CLP Regulations (EC) No 1272/2008
